This ServiceNow Training course is designed to help you gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its core modules. Whether you’re starting your journey or looking to expand your skills, this course will teach you how to streamline IT operations, automate business processes, and configure enterprise-level workflows using ServiceNow tools. All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, combining instructor-led training with practical exercises.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
Understand the fundamentals of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture
Configure and customize forms, tables, and workflows
Manage incidents, problems, and changes using IT Service Management (ITSM)
Automate business processes using Flow Designer and scripting
Create and manage Service Catalogs and Knowledge Base articles
